I write in two formats.

Story Problems are real life scenarios that illustrate what planning looks like in practice and what it costs when it gets ignored. If you remember story problems from school, you already understand the idea. An abstract principle becomes real when you place it inside an actual situation. That is what these posts do.

Cliff Notes are short. You are reading one right now. When I have something worth saying that doesn't require a full story to make the point, I say it briefly and let you get on with your day.
